Welcome to the CLAGE GmbH Whistleblower System
At CLAGE, we place great importance on open, respectful, and honest interactions with one another. We firmly believe that most issues are best resolved through direct conversation. That is why we strongly encourage all employees and our partners to openly address any concerns, questions, or critical observations - whether with their manager, within their team, or directly with us as management.

At the same time, we recognize that there may be situations where a personal conversation is not the appropriate or preferred course of action. It is precisely for these cases that we have established a whistleblower system. Through this system, you can submit reports regarding potential violations of laws, internal policies, or our shared values confidentially and, if desired, anonymously. This creates an additional, secure channel of communication.

All incoming reports are carefully reviewed by a small group of specially trained individuals who are bound by confidentiality. Our goal is to handle reports fairly, responsibly, and in a solution-oriented manner. It is important to us that no one suffers any disadvantages as a result of submitting a report. Whistleblowers are under special protection.

After submitting your report, you will receive a case number and login credentials. This allows you to track the status of your report and stay in contact with us - even anonymously.

Our whistleblower system is available not only to our employees, but also to customers, business partners, and anyone who comes into contact with CLAGE in the course of their work.

For more information on the process and data protection, please refer to the relevant notices.

Thank you for your trust and support.
